Evansville United Methodist Church Scholarship Information
The Evansville United Methodist Church Scholarship committee is soliciting applications for the 2011 EUMC Scholarship. Applicants should be:

A senior in high school or the equivalent

Outstanding student
-
Active in both church and extracurricular school activities, as well as other community activities

Be of good moral character.
Applications must do the following:

Complete the application form.

Ask three people (excluding family members) who know the applicant well to complete a personal evaluation. The applicant may may wish to supply an addressed envelope to each of these people so that they can return the form directly to the Scholarship Committee at the address below.

Obtain a certification of the applicant's high school grade point average from the school's guidance counselor or other high school official. Be sure it reaches the Scholarship Committee by the deadline.

Submit, or be certain all items above (items 1, 2 and 3) reach the Scholarship Committee by April 30, 2011.
